Seasonal Nature
Pine Straw is available in the Spring of each year, on a weekend that suits most users' gardening schedules.
Christmas trees are available, well, before Christmas.
Due to the seasonal nature of these products and of our fundraising efforts, access to the site and its e-commerce features may not be available year-round. We will keep the web running year-round and the on-line purchase features available surrounding our fund raising dates.
Shipping + Delivery Policy
Pine Straw is delivered to al purchasers on the same day (noted in your e-mail or flyer) between 8am and 8pm. We cannot deliver on other days. Delivery is in-person by Boy Scouts and adult leaders who will attempt to place the bales where you have requested. While we always do our best to accommodate special requests, certain circumstances may prove difficult and we will have to use an alternate location. We will attempt to contact you by knocking on your door or ringing your bell and/or by calling you on the phone (all our drivers travel with cell phones). We may need to use an alternate location if the delivery point is over 100' from the point of unloading, if there are fences, unleashed animals, steep grades, or other dangerous conditions between our delivery truck and the drop-off point on your property.
Christmas Trees are to be picked up at the Eastside Baptist parking lot (location TBD) during the specified hours (from your e-mail or flyer). At this time, we do not offer delivery of Christmas trees.
Privacy
We will keep your name, contact info and address information in electronic and paper formats to facilitate delivery and to contact you with sale information prior to our fund-raising events. We will safeguard your information with the same care we do our other sensitive information. Any credit card information you give during your shopping transaction is maintained by our checkout services partner, Paypal. We do not not know or keep your credit card details. If you share friends' contact information with us, we will solicit them during our fundraising periods but at no other time. People wishing to opt out of mailings, should send an e-mail to webmaster@troop200.us.
Returns & Cancellations
Returns. We source your pine straw from quality, reputable dealers whom we have worked with for many years. We check the bales' condition prior to delivering them to you. There are no returns on pine straw sales once the product has been delivered. Should you have a problem with your order, we would appreciate your contacting us ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY while we have trucks and additional product available so that we can rectify any problems you are having.
Cancellations. If you purchase pine straw from us and decide within two (2) days of delivery not to receive your order, we will process a full refund for you within five (5) business days. Orders cancelled by you within two (2) days of delivery may be refunded but only at our discretion.
